State Bank of India has announced SBI PO 2018 Syllabus and exam pattern for individuals applying for the Probationary Officers Preliminary Examination 2018. The Government bank will conduct the SBI PO Exam 2018 in the month of April-May. SBI PO Syllabus 2018:

English Language: Reading Comprehension, Jumbled Sentences, Close Passages, Error Corrections.

Reasoning: Input-Output, Sentence Coding, Logical Reasoning, Syllogism, Puzzle/ seating arrangement, Data Sufficiency and Directions.

General Awareness, Marketing, and Computer: Current Affairs, Banking Awareness, Marketing Awareness, Computer Awareness.

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Line Graphs, Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Tables, Probability.

Exam Pattern: State Bank of India conducts the examination in three phases- Preliminary, Mains and Personal Interview.


Preliminary Exam

The exam will be divided into 3 sections, which consists 100 objective type questions carrying 1 mark each. 0.25 marks will be deducted from each wrong answer. Duration of exam will be 1 hour.

Mains Exam

The candidates who qualify Pre exam become eligible to appear for its Mains examination. This exam consists of 200 questions of objective type and 50 questions of the subject type which carries 1 mark for each question. The paper is divided into 4 sections and the time duration will be 2 hours.

Personal Interview

The candidates who qualify phase II can attend personal interview for the final selection. It consists of Group Discussion of 20 marks and Personal Interview of 30 marks.
