Description:

 

POSITION TITLE: Service Analyst (German Language Proficient)

  • Minimum requirement : 5 Semester from Goethe Institute (ZDFB or equivalent)
  • ITIL Foundation certificate/knowledge or prior German Language IT Service Desk experience (6M+)
  • Must be proficient in German language – speaking, comprehension, reading, writing, communicating and able to translate service/technical documents/comments within support tools from German to English & vice versa
  • Experience and knowledge of MS office packages including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferred experience of working on a German Language Service Desk in an IT environment, within service level agreements.
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of the developments for their area, and a basic understanding of its application within past and present Steria engagements.
  • Basic understanding and some experience of associated service management tools, techniques and methods within their area
